Shelfx Australia Xmanager

Shelfx Australia provides a browser based web application to manage your fixtures and your business. The merchant manager called Xmanager, (at your_doman.xmanager.us) provides the following features and more:

  • Define products with default prices
  • Define product categories and assign products to categories
  • Assign products to shelves with optional default pricing override
  • Generate restocking lists by fixture or location
  • See sales activity reports, restocking reports, and more
  • See individual customer transactions and give refunds or credit their account
  • Define special promotions for better marketing

Product Definition

Product Definition

The Products page allows you to specify the products that you will sell in your ShelfX enabled fixture. You can specify the name, assign it to up to three categories, set the default price (the price can be set differently in individual fixtures). The product can be marked as taxable or not and many other attributes of the product can be speficfied.

Optionally, services can be defined with punch card pricing or periodic renewal pricing.

Planogram

Planogram

The Planogram is where you assign products to shelves and set other inventory management parameters. The Planogram also shows current shelf inventory on hand and how much room there is on the shelf for product.

You can drill down on each shelf to view and set minimum and maximum inventory levels. The minimum is used to warn of low inventory levels and the maximum is used to generate restocking lists for the fixture.

The merchant manager provides sales activity reports, employee activity reports (for restocking activity), inventory reports, and key performance indicator charts.
